Bonnie Parker performed structural engineering design and construction phase services for this extensive remodel and addition to a single family residence. The renovation consisted of re-working the existing interior spaces and adding 1,100 square foot to the residence, including adding a second story. New shear/bearing walls and footings were added to support the new construction, while maintaining much of the existing structure.
