Parker Structural Engineering performed structural engineering design services for the extensive remodel of this one-story existing single family residence.  The existing house has a raised foundation supported on concrete piles, therefore the structural renovation was designed to have minimal impact on the existing foundation.  Construction on this project has been completed.
