Design and construction has been completed for an addition and remodel of this existing 3-story residence in Del Mar, CA. A 300-sf 3-story addition with an elevator was built, along with over 1500-sf of decks at multiple levels. A new flat roof with large overhangs and the expansive cantilevering floor decks completed the conversion of this existing 1960's house into a modern home, which maximized the ocean views and indoor/outdoor living spaces.
