Parker Structural Engineering performed structural engineering and construction administration services for this 70-unit, three-story wood framed apartment and retail complex which has been completed in Porterville, CA. The project consisted of six residential buildings and one office building, totalling 90,755 square feet. The design team was also responsible for meeting the strict schedule requirement of obtaining a building permit within 120 days of being awarded the project, as part of the California Tax Credit Allocation process.
